Braves in the Community
Bowl for Kids Sake - Mar. 8, 2008
On Saturday, February 23rd, the Brockville Braves challenged
the Kemptville 73’s to bowl in the Big Brothers Big Sisters
annual Bowl for Kids Sake event.
The challenge took place at the Kemptville Bowling Centre
and over $2000 was raised at that location.
In the photo are members of the Braves and the lucky fans,
Emily and Caitlin, who won the opportunity to play on
the Braves’ teams.

the community initiatives in our local schools. The Braves
players have been
reading to students at several schools; on this day, Cody
Ayers, Danny Greiner
and Shayne Stockton were in Mrs.
Dorothy Lapierre's Grade 1 class at
Westminster School.
